Refund policy

We at Giftspout want you to have the perfect gift-giving experience. We are a small business in America. We do not want to create a large carbon footprint. All of our gifting products are made to order; meaning, it is not mass-produced and sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. We mostly work with companies that specialize in products that will be crafted when you initiate a purchase. 

This allows us to provide products that are unique to your taste. Because of this attention to detail, our refund policy extends to any defect in workmanship, the shipping of the wrong item(s), or misspellings that are a result of Giftspout and its vendors not adhering to the way it was written by the customer. There is no spell-checker software used on our end to ensure the proper spelling of words the end user enters on data fields on our site. It is assumed that the user intentionally used the wording as written on the data fields. No attempt will be made to correct any spellings that are entered on the data fields on our site. Giftspout makes no assumptions the end user mistakenly entered any misspellings. Once the order goes into production, it will be filled and shipped as received. We will also happily honor refund requests in rare instances where a damaged product was accidentally shipped from our facilities. We encourage you to purchase insurance and correspond with the shipping company for any damages incurred after your product leaves us.

We will promptly and gladly issue a refund if within thirty (30) days visual proof of defect is shown, item(s) received is different from what is listed on the original order, and visual proof of any misspellings that are due to our negligence. We do not issue refunds for wrong size, color(s), changes to wording on products, or due to wrong shipping address not caused on our end.  We will work diligently with you to ensure your products are delivered as described on our website. Great care has been executed to ensure your products are of high-quality and created to your high standards. Returns that meet the requirements stated above will be promptly refunded once the product is received at our processing and quality control facility.
